RETURN & REFUND POLICY

THIS IS RETURN AND REFUND POLICY BETWEEN PRODUCT MARKET E- COMMERCE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED AND THE CUSTOMERS OF PRODUCT MARKET. FOR ANY INFORMATION CUSTOMERS CAN GO TO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THE RETURNS WILL BE BASED UPON PRODUCT MARKET POLICY AND IT IS ASSUMED THAT YOU ARE WELL AWARE OF OUR POLICY BEFORE BUYING ANYTHING.

BY USING OUR WEBSITE, WE ASSUME THAT YOU ARE AGREEING TO ALL OUR POLICIES. PLEASE READ THE POLICIES CAREFULLY.

1) CUSTOMERS HAVE TO CANCEL THE ORDER WITHIN 4 HOURS FROM ORDER PLACED TO GET COMPLETE REFUND. IF AFTER 4 HOURS FROM ORDER PLACED WILL CANCEL THE ORDER THEN NO MONEY WILL BE REFUND.

2) AFTER SUCCESSFUL CANCELLATION OF ORDER WITHIN 4 HOURS FROM ORDER PLACED. THEN MONEY WILL BE CREDITED ON YOUR ACCOUNT WITHIN T + 2 WORKING DAYS. ( T – STAND FOR TRADING DAY )

3) AS PRODUCT MARKET IS SELLING WHOLESALE PRODUCTS SO WE WILL INFORM TO CUSTOMERS ONE DAY BEFORE DELIVERY, SO IT IS CUSTOMERS RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AVAILABLE ON DELIVERY DATE WITH HIS CBT No. IF CUSTOMER IS NOT AVAILABLE AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY THEN HIS ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED AUTOMATICALLY & WILL NOT BE DELIVERED AGAIN.

4) RETURN ORDER WILL COME BACK TO DISTRICT OFFICE WAIT 2 DAYS (48 HRS) FOR CUSTOMER FORM DELIVERY DAY SO IT’S CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY TO COLLECT HIS/HER ORDER FROM DISTRICT OFFICE WITHIN 2 DAYS.

5) SINCE PRODUCT MARKET IS SELLING PRODUCTS IN BULK, ALTHOUGH WE CHECK ALL PIECES MANUALLY AND ENSURE ALL PRODUCTS QUALITY IN GOOD CONDITION , BUT IT MIGHT BE POSSIBLE SOMETIME MAXIMUM 4 - 5 PIECE CAN HAVE SOME DEFECT OR SOME DAMAGE DUE TO SOME UNKNOWN REASONS; IN THAT CASE CUSTOMER HAS TO ADJUST. THERE WILL BE NO RETURN AND NO EXCHANGE OF PIECES.

6) IF SOMETIMES PRODUCT MARKET FAILS TO DELIVER ORDER DUE TO SOME REASONS THEN WE WILL INFORM TO CUSTOMER WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM ORDER PLACED & MONEY WILL BE REFUND WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS AFTER INFORMED.
